Copper is a living metal, and each bracelet will naturally develop its own unique patina over time. Exposure to air, moisture, and your skin’s natural oils may darken the copper or occasionally leave a temporary green or brown mark on the skin. This is a normal reaction and varies from person to person—it is not harmful and washes away with soap and water. If you’d like to restore the bracelet’s original shine, simply polish it with a little lemon juice and salt, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
Please note: Due to the handmade nature of these pieces, slight variations in texture and finish are to be expected and celebrated. They must be bent and manipulated to be placed on. No returns.
"I ordered two items in a size small. I sent a message with my order requesting the items to be made in an XS (extra small) due to the sizes of my wrists and ankles. I did not receive a response to my message so I thought there would be no problems with that. Upon receiving my order, I noticed one of the items appeared to be in a size large instead of small. So I sent an email to their customer service with photos and requesting an exchange for sizes that were appropriate. I also received no response from that email. There is no other way listed to reach out to, which is disappointing from a customer perceptive. I tried to upload videos and photos to this review and the website keeps providing an error message. I’d like someone to reach out to me to either refund these items or advise how I can go about getting these exchanged or sized property."
